DAB's strategic goals include establishing a data management system. Under the Bangsamoro Administrative Code, its Center of Knowledge Management develops and maintains technologies and communication channels so that the Bangsamoro's workforce can share knowledge and practice.

Public service digitalisation, 2020
Seminar-Workshop on Public Service Digitalization and KM System Development, a diagnostic seminar-workshop for records and IT personnel of government and non-government agencies on managing the flow of information and knowledge. It was supported by Serbisyong Bangsamoro with the OCM-ICO.
