The World Bank held a knowledge management workshop for the Academy's staff and organised a records management workshop with the Academy for the Bangsamoro Government's ministries, offices and agencies.

With the World Bank, the Academy has worked on training for the Bangsamoro Government and on its own capacity.
In June 2020, the World Bank met the Academy's President and the Director General of the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority about strengthening resource management in the Bangsamoro, with the Academy as the channel for training BARMM employees in public financial management.
In November 2020, the Academy's President, representing the Office of the Chief Minister, opened the first technical working group meeting on the World Bank's Knowledge Sharing and Training Capacity Program for BARMM.
In May 2022, the World Bank held a hybrid workshop in Davao City to help the Academy's staff understand knowledge management tools and practices, with speakers from DAP sa Mindanaw and the Mindanao Development Authority.
In March 2024, the World Bank Group and the Academy held a records management workshop at the Civil Service Institute in Quezon City for records officers and information officers of BARMM ministries, offices and agencies.
